If you have successfully logged in, but are receiving a pop-up message telling you to log in again when you click on one of our files, please read the following paragraph for an explanation on how to solve the error.

If you visit pages throughout our web site prior to logging in, and then return to the same page immediately after logging in, your computer may be showing you the logged- out page cashed in its memory.  To fix this problem simply hit the refresh button on your web browser when you arrive at the page you wish to view.  Your refresh button is found on the top navigation bar of your web browser.  After hitting refresh your computer will recognize that you are in logged-in mode, and you will be able to start downloading.
