Did you receive a renewal charge?

If you recently received an email invoice from Worldpay for a future-pay charge, it is likely that the charge is for the renewal of your membership.  All members of ESL-Images.com who pay by Visa or Mastercard are on our automatic renewal program.  Prior to joining ESL-Images.com, all members are required to read and agree to our payment terms, which state the renewal is automatic unless a member informs us by email that they do not wish to be automatically renewed.   

On the day you signed up for an account, an email was also sent to you from Worldpay reaffirming that the purchase is a future-pay agreement, and highlighting the date of your first renewal charge.

If you do not wish to be on our automatic billing system, simply send us an email to let us know.  In your email, be sure to include your first and last name.  Please note that you must send us an email at least one day prior to your renewal date.
