ESL-Images.com reserves the right
to terminate a membership if any of the user guidelines are broken.
1.
Use of content
You are permitted to use our downloadable and printable content
to instruct your students. All of our vocabulary images may be printed
from your browser or saved to your internal hard drive but may not
be transferred to any external storage devices (including floppy
disks, CDs, and external hard drives). You may download and print
all of our PDF files (lesson plans, topical vocabulary sets, and
grammar image sets). All of our PDFs may be saved to your own computer's
internal hard drive, but may not be transferred or copied to any
external storage devices (including floppy disks, CDs, and external
hard drives).
2.
Photocopying
All of our material is photocopiable, and may be distributed to
a member's students for free. However members are not permitted
to do the following:
- resell our material in printed or
electronic form
- charge students or others for any of our
content
- redistribute any of our content in print or electronic form.
3. As a member you are not
permitted to:
- lend any of our downloadable or printable
content to non members
- sell or resell any of our content
- charge students or others for the
distribution of our material
- redistribute our content in any electronic form (including
floppy disks, CD's and external hard drives).
4.
Sharing material
Members / Subscribers are not entitled to share or loan our downloadable
and printable material to any other person. The material is intended
only to be used by the membership holder and distributed only
to their own students.
5.
Passwords
You may not share
your ESL-Images.com password with any other person. ESL-Images.com
reserves the right to revoke memberships if a member
is found to share their password with any other person.
6.
Terms of use
By becoming a member of ESL-Images.com you agree to the following
terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not download
or print any material from this site, and not become a member of
ESL-Images.com.
All of our material on esl-images.com
(including downloadable and printable material, as well as all written
and image content) is copyrighted and owned by Red River Press Inc.
of British Columbia, Canada. (Red River Press is the operator of
ESL-Images.com.)
All material and content that you
download, print, or copy from ESL-Images.com as a member, a visitor,
or a guest member touring the site, is licensed to you by ESL-Images.com,
and does not transfer title (ownership) to you.
ESL-Images.com does not guarantee
in any way that the content found on this site will be free of errors,
defects, viruses, or any other damaging elements. ESL-Images.com
does not assume any responsibility should any content you take from
this site cause any damage to your own computer or files.
7.
Refunds
Refunds are entirely up to the management's discretion. Under most
circumstances ESL-Images.com does not offer refunds, and therefore
it is strongly advised that you take a tour of the site and download
and view our samples before committing to a membership.
8.
User Information (Privacy)
ESL-Images.com will not release your user information unless
we believe that your membership is being used in violation of the
terms, or to commit illegal acts.
By becoming a member of ESL-Images.com
you assure that all of your member information is true, and that
your email address belongs to you. Should any of your user information
be found to be false, your membership will be revoked immediately
without refund.
ESL-Images.com reserves the right
to add new content and amend or delete any current content from
our site and service without prior notice.
9.
Membership Duration
A membership term lasts six months or 12 months, depending
on the option you subscribe to.
10.
Renewing Your Subscription or Canceling Your Membership
If you join ESL-Images.com using a credit card, your membership
will be carried over to a new term on the last day of your subscription
period, and your credit card will be automatically re-billed.
You may cancel your membership or your upcoming renewal term by informing
ESL-Images.com via email . This action must occur at least 48 hours prior to
the last day of your membership term. By canceling your
renewal fees all future payments will be cancelled, however, you
will still maintain access to our resources until the last day of
your current term. info@esl-images.com
If you have paid by cheque or money order, your membership will come to an end unless a new payment has been made. (Please read Renewing Your Subscription below for more details.)
Please
note: If you do not inform ESL-Images.com of intent
to cancel your renewal at least 48 hours prior to the last day of
your term, refunds will not be issued for the renewal fee.
ESL-Images.com
reserves the right to amend its terms and guidelines at any time
without prior notice. By becoming a member of ESL-Images.com, you
agree to these terms and guidelines.
